A documented final check before you hand over the keys
The last visit before handover is the one that protects you. We walk the unit against a written readiness checklist, photograph every room in a consistent order, confirm meter readings, count and label the keys and fobs being handed over, and confirm the cleaning and any snag items were actually completed. You receive a single dated PDF-style report you can forward to a tenant, buyer or owner without editing it.
