Empty-property cleaning to a deposit-return standard
Cleaning an empty property is a different job from cleaning a lived-in one — every surface is exposed and every mark is visible. We clean inside all cupboards, wardrobes and drawers, strip and degrease the oven, descale the bathrooms, wash interior windows and remove the marks furniture leaves behind. The work is done against a landlord-style checklist, and you receive dated photographs of every room on completion.
