Make an empty unit photograph and show well
An empty property photographs badly by default — hard light, bare floors, visible marks and no sense of scale. Presentation preparation fixes what the camera and the viewer actually notice: streak-free glass so rooms read bright, uniform floors, matched light bulbs at one colour temperature, blinds set to a consistent line, and clean, neutral bathrooms and kitchens. We can also light-stage the key rooms so the listing has a focal point.
