These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Stone Bridge website and the moving, cleaning and property turnover services we provide. By using our website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Quotes provided through our website or by our team are estimates based on the information supplied. Final pricing may be adjusted after we confirm the full scope of work. A quote is not a confirmed booking until accepted by both parties.
We aim to arrive within the agreed time window and complete work to a professional standard. Access delays, building restrictions or incomplete information provided at booking may affect scheduling.
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. We will do our best to accommodate changes with reasonable notice.
Stone Bridge carries insurance covering our services. Claims for damage must be reported within a reasonable timeframe following service completion so that we may investigate and respond appropriately.
