Reset the unit the day the tenant hands back the keys

We attend the day keys are returned, clean the unit to a re-let standard, and send you a dated photo report the same evening — including anything that is damage rather than dirt, so you can raise a deposit deduction with evidence instead of an argument.
We attend as soon as the outgoing tenant hands back the unit.
The unit is cleaned throughout and rubbish is removed.
Cleaning and damage are photographed and reported separately.
The unit is handed back ready for viewings the next morning.
