Hand a new occupant a unit with nothing to complain about
First impressions set the tone of a whole tenancy. Move-in preparation goes past cleaning: we check that every light works, every tap runs and drains, every window and lock operates, smoke and CO alarms sound, and the heating or cooling actually comes on. Anything that fails is photographed and listed so it can be fixed before the keys change hands rather than becoming a first-week maintenance call.
We record the unit's condition before any work starts.
The unit is cleaned to move-in standard throughout.
Lights, water, locks, alarms and HVAC are tested one by one.
Anything failing is photographed and listed for your trades.
