Fine dust removal after the trades have gone
Construction dust is not ordinary dust — it is fine, abrasive and it resettles for days. Post-construction cleaning runs in stages: debris and packaging out first, then a HEPA-filtered pass over every horizontal and vertical surface, then paint, adhesive, plaster and silicone residue removed from glass, tile and hardware, and finally a settle-and-repeat pass so the property is genuinely handover-ready rather than just swept.
Offcuts, packaging and protective sheeting are cleared first.
Every surface, high to low, is vacuumed with HEPA filtration.
Paint, adhesive and plaster come off glass, tile and hardware.
We return once the last airborne dust has settled.
